By creating an account, accessing content, or interacting on SLIPCULTURE, you:

• Agree to be bound by these rules, SLIPCULTURE's Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy
• Represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Acknowledge that violations may result in enforcement actions, including removal, suspension, or permanent account termination

SLIPCULTURE reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

SLIPCULTURE maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment and abuse.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, slurs, or demeaning content targeting protected or non-protected groups
• Threats, intimidation, coercion, or encouragement of violence
• Targeted harassment, bullying, or coordinated abuse
• Unwanted sexual comments, advances, or repeated contact after being asked to stop

SLIPCULTURE may consider context, intent, severity, and prior behavior when enforcing this policy.

SLIPCULTURE is not intended for pornographic or sexually explicit content.

Strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic or explicit sexual material intended for arousal
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, or trafficking
• Any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Solicitation for sexual services or escorting

Limited exceptions:

• Artistic, cultural, or fashion-related nudity may be permitted at SlipCulture's sole discretion when non-sexual and contextually appropriate

SLIPCULTURE reserves the right to remove content it deems explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate.

Prohibited content includes:

• Graphic violence, gore, or extreme physical injury
• Promotion, glorification, or instruction of self-harm or suicide
• Instructions or encouragement for illegal, violent, or dangerous activities
• Content likely to incite panic, fear, or real-world harm

SLIPCULTURE may take immediate action, including notifying appropriate authorities, where credible threats or risks are identified.

Trust and authenticity are essential to the SLIPCULTURE community.

Prohibited activities include:

• Scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Impersonation of individuals, artists, venues, brands, or organizations
• False or misleading representations of events, tickets, or affiliations
• Requests to move users off-platform for payments or sensitive information

SLIPCULTURE may freeze accounts, restrict features, or cooperate with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.

Users are expected to respect the privacy and rights of others.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Doxxing or sharing private or identifying information without consent
• Recording, distributing, or reposting private communications without authorization
• Stalking, tracking, or persistent unwanted contact

Users are responsible for safeguarding their own personal information. SLIPCULTURE disclaims liability for information voluntarily shared by users.

SLIPCULTURE is intended for users aged 18 and older.

Strictly prohibited:

• Sexualized content involving minors
• Adults initiating inappropriate, exploitative, or manipulative interactions with minors
• Attempts to misrepresent age or bypass platform safeguards

SLIPCULTURE may apply additional restrictions or monitoring to accounts associated with minors.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Spam, bots, scraping, or automated interactions
• Repetitive or deceptive promotional activity
• Manipulation of reporting, engagement, or ranking systems
• Attempts to exploit or reverse-engineer the Platform

SLIPCULTURE may impose technical restrictions, rate limits, or permanent bans for abuse.

• SLIPCULTURE does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of user-generated content or events
• Users participate in events and interactions at their own risk
• SLIPCULTURE disclaims liability for user conduct, third-party actions, or offline incidents, to the fullest extent permitted by law
• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SLIPCULTURE, its officers, and affiliates from claims arising out of their use of the Platform
• SLIPCULTURE may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities as required

• SLIPCULTURE may modify these rules at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
• SLIPCULTURE may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk mitigation, or operational reasons.
